Custom Kenya safaris and coast trips, planned by an American travel advisor based in Nairobi.
The Process
Share your vision
Tell me what's drawing you to Kenya - your travel style, interests, timing, and who you're traveling with. This first step is simply a conversation to understand what matters most to you.
We craft your journey
Based on our conversation, we draft a thoughtful itinerary tailored to your pace, preferences, and priorities, selecting lodges, experiences, and locations that feel right for you - not just what's popular.
Travel with confidence
Once everything is confirmed, I handle the details and coordinate with trusted partners on the ground. You'll have guidance and support from planning through your return home.

A Personal Note
Out of Office Travel grew out of my own journey.
I spent years in New York building a corporate career - fast paced, global, and deeply rewarding - but travel was always where I felt most grounded. I've planned trips my entire adult life, drawn to places that offer perspective, connection, and that rare sense of wonder, the kind you can't manufacture.
Seven years ago, Kenya entered my life. What began as travel quickly became something deeper. I moved here for love, and through my husband - whose family has deep roots in Kenya - I gained an intimate view of the country that goes far beyond guidebooks and itineraries.
Since then, I've spent years traveling across Kenya: returning to the same places in different seasons, understanding how regions evolve over time, building trusted relationships, and learning what truly matters when you're far from home and trusting someone else to get the details right.
Today, Out of Office Travel reflects that lived experience - bringing together a global, detail driven mindset with local knowledge, trusted relationships, and genuine care for how your trip feels from start to finish.
I'm so glad you're here. Let's go out of office and plan your next adventure.
